Absolutely the worst place I've rented a car. Ive been dollar express for almost 10 years now and I will never rent with dollar again after being at this place. They had no record of my reservation, had computer problems yet did not discuss that with me or the 15 people waiting. With express it takes about 20 minutes to get a car MAX and I was there for almost an hour and a half. Not to mention we got a dirty car that had 1/4 tank of gas. The manager which was careless and rude offered us a bottle of water. YAY.
Reserved a full size got a compact. Thy said that's all they have but charged me the full size price. Car smelled of smoke and the tank was 1/2 full. First time I ever rented a car without a full tank.
Only gets a star because of the friendly service provided by Brenda McDaniel when we first arrived to pick up the car. Sadly, We left two items in the car and when we attempted to resolve the matter the Manager Kelly Felder her crew couldn't get their stories straight as to whether the car is on the site or not. They each said they went out to look and then came back in less than five minutes to say they couldn't find anything. A bit later on the same phone call they then said the car was rented out.. , All were totally irresponsible in their handling of the matter. I'm still waiting for a resolution! Kelly said the car was taken to another site and would call me back.. Glad I'm not holding my breath on that one!! Never again will we take a chance on Dollar if this is the way they handle customer service, nor will we recommend them for honesty and dependability.
Worst experience renting a car. The shuttle was quick, but that's it. I'm an Express Member and had to wait while non member was being taken care of first, and my rental agreement is usually all set and in good to go. Car was filthy, garbage in trunk, had them wash the inside of the front window so dirty could not see out, the attendant did not know how to read the milage, and when I pulled out noticed only had a half a tank of gas!! I went back in and they said oh, you can just bring it back half full.. I had a 2.5 hour ride ahead of me, had to waste more time stopping for fuel! And the change oil service light was on. Unbelievable. Never again from this location absolutely horrible!!!! 40 minutes until I left as an Express Customer!!!!!!!
Was a little slow but great service once you got to counter. Our car had ants hope they figure out how to get rid of them..
