I absolutely love West Ashley Vet! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are efficient, thorough, and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great quality care for their pets!
I'm very disappointed! I called to have my dogs' records transferred after moving. I asked what my dogs needed to bring them current on all vaccines, heart worm injections etc... I received an email with the quote and scheduled an appointment. Upon arriving I found the office very disorganized and the technician came to me with what she said was "sticker shock"! The price I was quoted in advance was "wrong" and the bill was over $200 more than quoted. I sucked it up against my better judgement as I was already there with my dogs. Today I went for the flu vaccine boosters and they wanted to charge me again. When I challenged this with Melanie, she treated me like I was stupid. I found her to be extremely rude and condescending. I've called to speak to an owner or office manager and all are out of the office for the holiday weekend. I'm not at all pleased and would not recommend this practice to anyone. I will reevaluate my review if and when I hear from an owner and/or the practice manager.
Just took my elderly dog to get looked at to discuss options. The whole staff here was amazing. They were caring and willing to listen to hear what we had to say. From the front desk staff to the vet who sat on the floor with my dog what a great office! We will definitely bring our other animals here.
We bring our 2 cats here, to see Dr. Eve Badger. She, and the whole practice are terrific. They are friendly, compassionate and excellent care providers.
Fabulous, thoughtful, caring vet clinic. I needed to take a moment today and acknowledge how wonderful this clinic is in every way. I am almost 8 months pregnant with a cat allergy/asthma and we recently purchased our first house from a kind woman who fed stray cats. I found myself in a situation with a sweet orange tabby who I have decided to adopt. From the moment my husband and I brought CC to the Vet clinic, the staff has been so caring and so incredibly patient with me. I've never been responsible for a kitty (especially a 5 year old with FIV and skin allergies) and I have had SO many questions. During our visit, they were wonderful to us and our little cat. Since then, every single time I've called in a panic about an issue, they have taken a great deal of time to talk with me, reassure me, and educate me. I love animals and could not have rescued this little cat without their help and love, especially in these few months before welcoming our first baby.
