Dr. Chavis and her staff were the only people in town we found to take our concerns seriously and treat them as such. We have quite the itchy dog and as it turns out quite the allergic dog. Dr. Chavis was quick to diagnosis this however we had to proceed with standard protocol of what an allergic dog is. Sure enough it was environmental allergies after all, (not fleas like a vet down the road told us numerous times before and charged us hundreds of dollars for). Dr McCullers has been "Christmas" doctor for 15 years and I have always trusted his good judgment and professionalism.
This morning we had to have our daughter's 15 year old doggie put down. Sandy and Wendy were both very helpful and then Mason carried buddy in on the gurney for us. Dr Evans came in and explained the process and answered questions. I could not have asked for nicer and more accommodating personnel. They were so understanding.
I would highly recommend this staff without any hesitation.
