No pressure sale! Russ was great. He knew we weren't car people and let us enjoy the experience of buying our first mini. Even after the purchase, which was the easiest process, he has personally driven me to work (around the corner) when I've come in for services and the shuttle service is backed up. Customer service like that is what will keep us loyal!

Also, this establishment is a massive rip-off. They broke a part on my car, and then told me I had to pay to replace it. After asking them if they were kidding, they finally decided to pay for it. Why try and take advantage of your customers though?
