I like the transparency involved in their sales process. I never felt pressured or like they were playing games with me. They were able to get me financed with my poor credit, and they even let me roll an excellent extended warranty into the purchase. Teresa was super friendly and helpful. Would shop there again!
Words cannot express the genuine customer service I received on this visit. My representative Dave really took his time to explain, educate, encourage and support my decision making process and not once did he try to push me into a fast decision. He took the time to listen to my need and showed me the possibilities. He walked me through the process of car buying and respected me and my concerns, validated and gave me options, and not once made me feel that I was limited. He spoke with sincerity and this is what true customer service is. Carmax is a Super establishment with excellent quality for the customer in mind.
I had never been to CarMax, and I did not know much about different car models or prices. However I had heard very good things around town about CarMax. They surpassed my expectations! their operation is smooth, helpful, non-pressure and they found the right car for me and had it transferred to Charleston at no cost to me. Best of all, they take care of transferring the title and all the paperwork so that I did not have to make a trip to the DMV!! What a blessing! I love my "new" car and I would recommend CarMax to anybody who needs a new ride!! :)
