My family and I have purchased one vehicle through these guys and regularly service two vehicles there. My 16 yo daughter usually takes her own vehicle in for repairs. The service department, namely Shane Nicely, makes sure my daughter understands everything, makes sure she finds the shuttle ok, and keeps me in the loop. He makes sure all the work is high quality because he knows that lives are in his hands. He responds within minutes when any of us leaves a message and he he ALWAYS makes a personal connection when we walk in. My dad was the first of us to experience service with him and, arranging service while he was out of town, Shane was always available and kept him constantly updated on the work, as he has done for all of us. When my parents bought the Lexus they received similar service from the sales dept. Recently, I too have received stellar service from the sales department. I cannot praise these guys enough for their consistently extraordinary customer service. If you have the opportunity to use their services, DO IT! You will not be disappointed.

My Tacoma got serviced today and Shane was the best service advisor I have ever had! He was so truthful about the work that needed to be done and did not try to add extra work. He was able to get my truck back to me sooner than I thought! Best serve department i have dealth with yet!
Just purchased a used car there. It was the most pleasurable buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Evan, gave AAA+ customer service. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a no pressure, pleasant buying experience. At least there is someone selling something that is truly interested in providing the customer with a good experience. Really was impressed with the whole buying experience because it's normally about as pleasant as a root canal ;)
