I called to request information on Med cruises, for 6 to 8 people. I talked to the owner, very nice and he offered to pull together information based on our conversation. After 4 weeks and not hearing back, I called and we set up a meeting so that I could come pick up the information and discuss some trip options. I set this meeting up for a weekday at 5:30, at his requested time. I showed up at the office 5 min. early and the door was locked, closed. I called his cell no, told him who I was, asked him if he was near by and planning on coming for our appointment. Here is the response I got" Oh, I had to leave for another appointment" when I asked why he would not have called to tell me this, that I had left my work early to meet him at the time he had requested this is the reply I then received....he hung up on me!
I called and asked for help planning a Caribbean vacation. I spoke with a female. She promised to get me information. I never received a call back. I booked a trip on my own. Scott Blue, the owner, called and helped resolve our issue. He was very helpful. I would encourage anyone if they have issues to reach out to him.

We were traveling with a group to the Dominican Republic and the agent sent us the wrong flight information. She gave us the same information as the rest of our group who was on united at 6am...we were supposed to be southwest at 5:30am. Needless to say we missed our flight cause a huge headache and a delay on our vacation. I do not recommend this travel agency at all.
