We were so happy that we did have options though and we found the perfect fit for us and our family at such an amazing deal. Bar none the most unhelpful property management company I have ever dealt with. I was trying to rent one of their properties from out of state. There aren't enough photos for me to decide on flying down to complete the process so I've enlisted a friend to view it and take tons of pictures. Turns out they are 30 minutes north of Charleston and will not meet him, he has to drive an hour round trip just to get a key to take a look. I am allegedly their only interested party at the moment and yet it seems they are bending over backwards to ensure I don't rent from them. Compared to the others I've dealt with throughout this process that have tried to accommodate my situation, their customer service is deplorable.
