Completely unprofessional agents! Took forever to respond and deal with only to find out she was representing a client who lied about their status as a Veteran. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As a seller living out of state Dan Simon was a big help to me when he listed and sold my condo. He arranged for and coordinated all of the work that needed to be done prior to listing. I felt as though everything was being taken care of. My property sold very quickly, having been priced correctly and well marketed.
I rented a place through Carolina One, and I'm unhappy with the company. Here is why:
1. They scheduled a 6 month rental inspection, didn't show on the scheduled date and just let themselves in at another time unbeknownst to me.
Three strikes!
3. It's been over a month since I moved out and despite my efforts, I still haven't gotten my security deposit back.
2. My rental was burglarized, and the company determined the break in was my fault and I was responsible for damages. I think the company could have taken a higher road and been more helpful here.
