Nice place to stop and rest while touring downtown. Restaurants are nearby as are the SC Aquarium and Ferry to Ft. Sumter
Love history - awesome to get this close to some serious US history. Sadly, we arrived too late for the last ferry - missed it by MINUTES
Park rangers were friendly and the museum was informative and interesting.
Cool place to go for a walk, and learn a little history. There is a small museum with a bunch of info about Fort Sumter. Behind it is a deck with a great view of the Cooper River. When we were there in January, there were dolphins feeding and playing in the river.
