One star is to high! Horrible service! We are from out of town. We called a local pizza company and was told to call quickfoxes and tell them we wanted the Monday special and they would deliver. I called and ordered and was given a price. The amount was wrong so I was given another price.. I paid it.. Then I was told they forgot an item. They added the item and I was given another price. Again, way to high. I was then told they do not honor specials. Only menu prices.
Service has varied over the past couple of years, and the selections of which restaurants they will deliver (depending on where you live) also changes frequently. Not worth the fees, especially with other options out there.
I asked for a manager and was put on hold. No manager. I was handed off to a girl named Anna who could not help me. She said the mgr had gone home and she was the most senior employee working. I said I didn't want my card charged and was told there would be a pending charge for 2-3 days! The $10 fee is crazy! I hope to get my money back! Would never use again. I wish I had read the bad reviews first! Please do not reply with a lame response!
Their AP sucks. It can't add and the restaurant is listed with a $20 min. I got to $37.00 and it still said I needed to add .05 to order. I saif Fi don't need it that bad.
(2/1/17) Failure to deliver after two hours of waiting and (2) calls. No offer for refund, just a warning about chargebacks. Yeah, ill let the credit card companies deal with it. Avoid.
(2/2/17) Response: Yes, the last order that was *delivered* was a few days ago. The issue is that my order (Order #199320) placed 2/1/17, never arrived.
I have used Quick Foxes in the past, on several occasions. Today I was unable to use the website to order, so I contacted them over the telephone. I live two blocks from Citadel Mall, but they said I was out of their delivery range! Ignore the fact that I've ordered through them at least 5 times in the 3 years I've been at the same address.
