The “cook” was eating at the pizza bar while not on his break. Was eating food while preparing people’s orders and did not wear gloves or a hair net with his long greasy hair. The only reason I give them a second star was because the waitress was friendly and the manager handled the situation well, when the performance of the cooking staff was brought to her attention.
I wouldn’t even give this pizza hut a star worst service I’ve experienced ever. I put my order in at 1pm it was supposed to be here at 1:22 (this is the time they provided me with). I call around 1:50 to ask where my pizza was and the lady who andwered the phone said “well i dont know what you want me to do he should be there any minute”. I didnt get my pizza till 2pm and i ordered a 20oz. Drink along with it it was hot and all the driver had to say was “yeah we didn’t put them in the cooler”. WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!! dont ever order here it’ll be a waste of money
Sat down for nearly 10min before anyone came to our table. There was only one other table occupied and they already served, so they weren't busy with other customers. Waitress seemed very clueless, had to repeat our order twice to us to be sure she was remembering it correctly. If it's that hard, just write it down. They have a Samuel Adams banner for Summer Ale hanging at the counter (granted it is December). So I asked what seasonals they had... Coors and Bud Light was the answer. Never refilled my wife's or my drink, or came back to the table at all. Turn this place into delivery/take-out only or shut it down. ...oh, and a bum just came to our table and asked for a couple dollars. He's been here so long we thought he was working. Not kidding. I'm done.
This P.H. no longer participates in the lunch buffet which is the only way to get in & out in a reasonable amount of time. However, even if you go thinking you can order upon arrival, get in and out quickly with no one else in the restaurant?! Think again... Rude staff & terrible service or lack-thereof. Food was only OK. Definitely wouldn't recommend... The only way I'd visit again is if the pizza was ordered online (not just called in) and picked up via the Drive Thru window as to spend as little time as possible here.
Ordered delivery. Was billed around 30-35 dollars for one pizza breadsticks and a Dr pepper. The pizza showed up room temperature and the consistency of shoe leather. It only had sauce around the outside crust and none in the middle. The cheese was hard and tough. This place sucks! If you are going to charge that much for pizza it should at least be fresh.
