Very disappointed. The first time I had firehouse was a few weeks ago and the philly was amazing! Great customer service etc. I placed an online order for fast pick up today and I was completely disappointed. There wasn't any cheese on my Philly. The peppers (all 3 of them) were only on one side. Didn't see any onions either. When I walked in, I had to say hello to the cashier as if I was bothering them. Lost a customer will not go back.

Wow it was my first time but it was a very good sub and the taste was awesome so I'll be back.
First, last, and only time I will order from any of these restaurants. The girl was nice enough, greeted us. The guy at the register was rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. I simply asked if I could pick my own veggies, as I don't eat meat ( I've never been to this chain before ). All he wanted to do was give attitude. I walked out. Not a good way to treat a first time customer.
