Requested a watch band pin replacement- took less than .01 worth of materials and if it took longer than 60 seconds for the repair, that repairman is incompetent. But the charge was over $10.00!! I live downtown and try to patronize downtown merchants, but resent tremendously being ripped off---this place does not deserve any patronage!

Excellent service, very friendly & helpful! Beautiful selection of all different types of jewelry! Would definately recommend this jeweler to friends & family.
