Both sales associates refused to accept the return of a movado watch that still had the plastic strip over the face. When the woman deferred to her boss, he also pointed at the same invisible scratch. I had a receipt for this online purchase, and I purchased the watch a week before on my Kay credit card that I've had for six years. Very shady, very strange people here. I can not understand their motivation to refuse a brand new return. I sent the watch in the mail to the returns department. It was, of course, returned without incident as it was a brand new watch. Ridiculous.
