Friendly, helpful staff, excellent customer service and selection of jewelry! My husband is a huge LOTR fan and they had a great selection of movie-inspired jewelry, including all of the jewelry from the LOTR movies. I got him one of the rings for a surprise gift, but it turned that I got the wrong size. The staff was very kind when it came to helping me get the ring in the correct size (very accommodating, polite, answered and returned my calls) .
