Went there in February and received a bill in November. They had filed with insurance in February and nothing was done. So, then they try and file again nine months later in November and send me a bill for the balance? I already paid $80 out of pocket for the appointment and they billed me nine months later for $185. I called asking for an explanation and they kept saying well, your insurance won't do anything. It looked to me that they didn't even try to file the insurance.I called my insurance and they confirmed the claim was never even submitted until October! I was sent there by a doctor referral, but I will never go back here again. AVOID THIS PLACE.
We went to take some stitches out from a surgery on an eye, first of all the doctor, she did not even washed her hands when trying to touch the eye, then the job was hard for her, so she called someone from outside and that other person went to touch the eyes without ANY cleaning, none of them used gloves or anything and they were talking so close to the face it was uncomfortable. I give No stars to this place, then they scheduled another appointment without even asking, and when I tried to call to cancel they never answered the phone. Worst place to take care of your eyes, never go there!!
