Great staff and physicians. No waiting to be seen. Online check-in is very easy to use.
Ive been here half a dozen times & always had the best experiences. My 2 recent visits were TERRIBLE! They have new staff that talked to me like i was a five year old. Serious lack of respect or bedside manner from their younger staff. And i was expected to let these disrespectful kids draw my blood? Yeah right. After explaining my severe needle anxiety, the girl wanted to argue with me about what had or hadnt been done on previous visits, which is definitely what a sick person wants to deal with. I had to jump through hoops for an ANTIDEPRESSANT! They treated me like i was after bags of morphine or something. I was so ill & frustrated i chose to leave sick as a dog, with no prescription. I will never return to this location again! Im ashamed i have been recommending this place. People go here to get well, not get the run around & be treated like a child. I dont think Dr.marino would have treated me like this..very, very disappointing.
I wish I could give zero stars. have had to go to many doctors and specialists in my life, and this ten minute visit was the WORST I had ever experienced. I came in for a calf cramp because I wanted a referral for an ultrasound. After being talked down to for the entire visit, my doctor informed me that she would put in the ultrasound order. Great! She then went on to say she wanted to check my electrolytes [which my mother, who is a registered nurse, told me to decline if asked because it's drastic and unnecessary]. I explained that I hadn't eaten that day and I was going to point out that I had driven and didn't want to be faint, but she cut me off with a rude 'WHY?' before I could finish. After explaining to her [I was in a rush to go to work] she said they were going to do it anyway. I told her I really have a severe phobia of needles and didn't want to do it unless it was truly necessary. Her tone IMMEDIATELY changed and she informed me curtly that I could leave, before turning and walking out of the room without so much as a 'feel better' or even a goodbye. I turn to my backpack to gather my things as she crosses to the nurses station [about ten feet away] and proclaims "She won't let me draw her blood." "That girl?" a nurse asked. "Yeah," said the doctor, chuckling. "That girl." I rushed out of there so fast. I have never felt so humiliated. I wish I had seen Cindy's review before I chose this place - I would have steered well away!!
I went in to get a UTI treated. They had me in and out of there in less than an hour with a prescription. That's all I wanted -- to get it accurately diagnosed, get antibiotics and have it done fast! Couldn't have asked for better service.
I’ve been here twice. Generally satisfied, I’ve gotten the care I felt I needed. However, on one visit they actually forgot I was in a patient room waiting for a shot. Even after I stepped out and reminded them I was there it still took additional time. I have passed this information on to the office via review / email previously. Based on my previous experience there I decided to try a different urgent care today and thought I should leave a review here.
