I used to be able to work on my cars myself, but not anymore. Not since they all went computer on me. I suppose you could put me in the category of the women, who are so afraid of getting screwed over, when the mechanic see's them coming. it is so important to me, that I, without question, trust the people that work on my car. I'm a single parent, and to know that my daughter is in a car, that is kept safe and reliable, is gold to me. They know money is tight with me, and if something can wait, I know they're not going to hock me for things that are still going to get us down the road. I know that the things that need fixing, are legit. They are, piece of mind to me. Thank you Lex Tech, Mike.

We have been using Lex Tech for many years now and couldn't be happier. The owner Glen is the finest Toyota/Lexus mechanic in Charleston and we have been everywhere. Superb workmanship and detailed explanation of every step of your vehicle repair. As far as service at the front, the manager Richard is a quintessential gentleman, always courteous and helpful he explains everything in detail with the utmost professionalism. The waiting area at the front is impeccable as is the staff.
I'm probably repeating the same as all the other reviews but I cannot say enough great things about Lex Tech. Every repair is gone through and explained in detail so I, as a female, know what is going on with the car. We have used them multiple times for our Toyotas (both 2002s) after being taken advantage of at other places. One repair was a rattling noise. On the initial drive the noise wasn't happening but they took the car out again until they heard the noise and understood the problem. Quality workmanship on all repairs. HIGHLY recommend!
my repair failed within the year and under 10,000 miles later. they refuse to honor their warranty system.
Unfortunately my trusty old Corolla was crashed into and totaled. I realized it's much easier to find another good car - than to find such competent, trustworthy mechanics so I stuck with Toyota to keep the LexTech crew on my team. I'm positive I made the right decision!
