Mike Kern is very prompt and honest. He never tries to upsell you, he gets the work done fast, and his prices are very reasonable. He's even gone above and beyond by picking my car up from home for me for repairs! Exceptional customer service!
He was very upfront & honest, and when he did a few test to my sons truck, he said he knew what was wrong & it would not need a new engine.
We were in a bad situation, we were told my sons truck needed a new engine and it would cost &7800.
I know word of mouth is a great resource so I have told EVERYONE I know in the Charleston/James Island Area how great of a find Mike & his staff were for us!
