Owner is a doll, she loved pets and they do a great job.
The woman who runs the shop is extremely friendly, and I felt her heart was truly in the right spot. It was easy to see that she LOVES dogs, and I believe she took good care of our little girl for the day while we were at Folly Beach.
Dog goes in, doctors know their stuff, and are able to explain things for those of us that are not Vets.
I certainly would not bring my pet back here. As nice as the staff was, the pile of filth that my dog had to stay in was heart breaking.

First of all, the phone number listed is apparently her cell number or home number. Secondly, it states they open at 7:30am. We had sort of a doggy emergency and needed daycare, they were close to our house and I called around 6:45 to see if perhaps someone may be there or if the answering machine listed specifics I needed to bring with us. I did not know it was her personal number. I called maybe 3 times. I get a call back with someone on the other end saying "this is PawPurri who is this? You woke me up!! Who is this?" She was extremely rude and as I started telling her about needing daycare, I stopped because of her attitude. I told her we found another option and she said "thanks for waking me up!!!!" and hangs up on me as I'm still talking. Wow! First of all - don't use your personal phone as your business phone and advertise it. Secondly, I wouldn't leave an animal with her. If she treated me that way - imagine how she would treat your dog? Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude. Do not give this woman your business.
Make sure you hold your breath while inside! The aroma of animal pee and feces is noticable as soon as you walk in. Animal hair is everywhere... and not just in the corners or the room! Even the crates where the dogs are kept are filthy.
Business hours are wonky. Nobody was there when we arrived to drop off our dog. The entire drop off and pickup process was just... bizarre.
Highly recommend!
I am very impressed with the work they do. Until I found them, I was not pleased with the gromming I found on James Island.
