It's good to have this store on the island. Make sure you get your holiday pieces early because they run out quick.
Most well maintained and managed Hallamark I've visited, the employees strive to serve you and the ladies are so nice and welcoming.
Had the worst experience in that store. The manager, Jackie, is the most undesirable person to ever have to come in contact with. She falsely accuses people and after being proved wrong does not apologize, but instead, continues on with harassing and humiliating people. She is the epitome of customer service gone wrong and in my opinion a very bad representative for the owner and Hallmark. She has no business dealing with the public!!!
