The joggling board company has been taken back over by Mr. Thornhill and he is personally following up with clients. He is embarrassed and is working diligently to bring the company back to its popularity and excellence when he started the business over 45 years ago.
I am amending my 1-star review of earlier this year due to Tommy Thornhill's taking over management of the company, quickly responding to my messages, and delivering my board after 11 months of waitng. This is the worst run business in America. It took them six weeks to cash my check and over 4 months to actually deliver the joggling board. I will never do business with them again.
