Finally, there is no point in making a complaint. Their turnover rate is so high that the face you will see when you walk will not have worked there 90 days earlier. This place cannot keep employees and they try to use the excuse that "they move people around"...except for the fact that I have kept up with a few of them and know this is not true.
I've had my things stored here a couple of years, upstairs, in an air controlled unit. The staff are very helpful.
These people are insane. 3 years and I've yet to get even a courtesy call from any of the managers...let alone someone actually checking in on my complaints. I'm done.
I have been a loyal customer for three years and have watched them increase my pricing by almost 50%. I have 2 of the larger units that started around $480/each and pricing is now up to $644/each. They always send a nice letter to tell me that the rate is " a discount from the current maket rate" which I find hilariously insulting.
Also, from day one I have been asking for them to fix the doors as neither door properly locks(as is the case with all of the larger units I suspect) and the last time I went in I was given a 2 page print out where they have documented each and every time that I have asked for this to be fixed. I have been given the same answer everytime- "the parts are from Australia and we have someone coming out next week to fix it".
This place is the absolute worst... They do everything they possibly can to swindle you out of every nickle and dime... Not only are they ridiculous about raising rates, but their policies will ensure you pay some kind of fee on move out (or move in)... Do not get stuck in their trap! (oh... they will also threaten you with calling collections if you dont agree, probably best to get a lawyer before signing their paperwork)
Charged me an extra month because I didn't give 30 day notice before I closed account..I requested to speak to the manager and they said he would call me the next day...never called....month later they threatened me collections would come after me if I didn't pay the extra $80 which was now $95 because it was late. poor business etiquette...won't be using them again
You may also like to know that the locks they sell(and require you to purchase if you don't bring a lock) only have about 4-5 key combos....which means that your key will open about 1/4 of the locks on premise and likewise someone else has a key that will open your lock.

Just received yet another rate increase....since my last complaint one month ago!! I spend $1600/month with these people already and now the rate for my large units are $704/each...started at $454ish just three years ago.
In addition to the doors still not working, there is now mold and mildew in the unit. Possibly because of the weather lately, but if you are chafing more than a one bedroom apartment then you should have better control on these types of things.
