Terrible customer service. Reserved a 10 x 12 then the guy working the front, said he always works there and if we reserved one he would of taken our name very rudedely which he didn't. He then finds the reservation... no big deal, maybe the guy is having a big deal. I ask to customarily take a look at the unit before paying? He says, "NO". I laugh and say I'm like look dude if you want my money then I'm looking. He says I'm joking, I said I know. Theeeennnn he tells me " how do you know I'm joking, I'm supposed to be going to lunch" is this guy serious. No way that he could be an owner, he acts like way to much of a clown to run a business. I told him a few explicitives and drove over two block two the uhaul self storage on king st where they know how to act like a human.
