4 days later went back to clean up a couple boxes we left behind....still no electricity. Wonder how long this had been going on before I found out about it. Unit was rented with climate control (which costs more). HOW DO YOU HAVE CLIMATE CONTROL WITH NO ELECTRICITY.
if you like constant rent increases this is the place. rented a 10x10 unit for 16 months and the rent increased 26%. Started at $120, then it went to $131 and last month got a notice it was going to $153. That's when I said see ya later.
I have been in to inquire about spaces and what I would need in order to properly store my home should my employment send me away from home, I was very impressed with the knowledge of both Paige and Jennifer they were incredibly helpful and I look forward to renting soon.
I totally enjoy the service Jennifer and Paige offer at the Ashley Phosphate store. I've stored with this location for almost 10years, and they are the most professional team I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. I always tell people that if they need storage the only place they need to go will is to Jennifer and Paige they will hook you up with awesome service and a smile!

On moving day I rented a truck and paid 2 young family members to help. Got to the unit and there was no electricity. Called the office and was told they have a call in to the electrician. Electrician never showed up.
Jennifer was great! Very helpful, explained everything quickly and clearly. Was also very cooperative when I made complicated requests. She goes the extra mile to help her customers!
