Customer phone service...supposed to be open when I called...just sent me to voicemail. Tried several times. Was in the need of several costumes. I guess they don't really need anybody's business. Will give mine to somebody else.
Horrible and rude customer service. Tried to call to see if they had a certain costume available and the guy had no idea what he was talking about and was very rude about it. Clearly not deserving of my business and will definitely not recommend to my other friends who need a costume too.
