Worst transportation ever. The bike we rode in was squeaky and grinding the entire time. The seat cushion was non existent, very uncomfortable and felt every bump in the road. I emailed the owner about the quality of his bikes and I got no response. Weaving in and out of traffic, I did not feel safe and the rider informed us how multiple riders have been hurt due to malfunctioning chains and gears or lack of quality parts when i asked if anyone had ever gotten hurt, whether a rider or passenger. I will walk or take a cab from now on, and as a local business owner, I will never recommend and warn my friends about this company.
Worst Peddy cab experience ever. I have use many peddy cabs over the years when I come to visit Savannah in Georgia and have always had a really fun experience. When we came down to get our cab that we ordered he was in the hotel eating the hotel cookies. There was my husband and I and we were staying and downtown historic Charleston and just wanted a ride to battery park and back . The Peddy cab drivers name was David. Less then a hour later he got us back , I handed him $20 and was ready to hire him for later that night. He then said we owed him $30... I disagreed with the charge and he threatened to call the police!! I was in shock and asked him to give me a price menu for a $30 ride. Of course he had none. In the end he his $30 but lost our business. Ill find another peddy cab company.
We were pressed for time and on foot when we hailed a bike taxi. The driver got us to our destination with time to spare. It was a great ride! 10/10 would do again!
Called for a bike taxi and was picked up within 5 minutes, when car cabs were telling me 45min plus wait for service. The driver was a local and gave us a few great recommendations for lunch/dinner along the way, ended up being some of the best meals during our stay and were places we had not heard of at that. Used the same driver several times through the week; we couldnt be more pleased with our experience.
We rode with Kirby! After a long day of walking around Charleston, we were dead on our feet. Kirby gave us a ride from Liberty Square (Fort Sumter monument) to the city market. He was great and chatted with us along the way and offered us his card to pick us up later if needed! Great service all around!
