You have a guy named Stuart and he has to be the rudest person alive we has 3 handicaped people and he told us to go through the line then yelled at us for going when confronted he yelled and then threatened us ... seriously could have done with out him
Parking is TERRIBLE. Staff is not as friendly as other port terminals such as the Carnival Port in Mobile, AL. As far as leaving from a port in the Southeast US, Mobile, AL is truly the best, including Parking. Paid for a 6 Night Cruise to Bermuda, but a storm in the Atlantic caused Carnival to re-route us to Cozumel, Mexico and Key West, FL. Both are places I have been more than once. And as the only consideration, Carnival allowed a $70 cabin credit. It was the worst cruise experience I’ve had yet. And that includes the terminal.
