Great view of the City of Charleston SC from the top floor. Parking in this garage may be limited as the parking garage is also used by hospital patients and so forth. This garage offers several access points to multiple hospitals, the highways, and the interstate. If you park is this location you may or not be charged a fee.
This parking garage has a very tight turning radius. Definitely not made for large trucks; like I have. It is nicely maintained though.
This is one of those terrifying parking garages where you can't see what's coming. It is super busy as well, which is a terrible combination. This is, I suppose, really the best option if you are visiting Rutledge Tower but it just creeps me out.
I use the garage to go see my daughter's doctors and I still have to pay, though a lower price, but I feel it should be free to park to see your doctor. I guess Charleston is just too small for all the needed parking and the patient or patient's family will have to pay for the privilege.
