Convenient, safe parking location at King street
They conveniently had no change so we gave them $20 to park and told them we would bring them correct change when we got back in an hour and of course when we got back they were gone and so was our 12 bucks!! Conveniently the credit card machine was not with them this night!! Beware of this company!!
My goto parking in downtown. Centrally located on Wentworth, steps from King St. eateries and shops. Polite staff and easy access.
Zero stars if I could. FIRST, about half of the spaces are allocated for a local valet and are NOT available to the public. Since I am forced to park here regularly, I called on two separate occasions for monthly rates and was "added" to the waiting list. Never heard back. SECOND, after 9 they force you to have cash b/c there is no attendant on duty and the closest ATM (the one you are directed to by the garage itself) is inside a hotel which does not provide access to the ATM after-hours. Or when you need it most. THIRD, the machine that takes payment fails to accept bills unless they are perfectly crisp (no exaggeration). I've sat at the arm putting in bills for 10 minutes at a time - only to have the person behind me piggy-back for free to avoid the hassle. FOURTH, the rates are enormous. Even though there is a $16 daily limit, you reach that limit very quickly. PRAYING OFF TOURISTS. If you park there regularly (and can't get a call back for a monthly pass) then this amounts to more than the lease for a car. Justify paying more to park your car... than the actual price of your car. FIFTH, elevator has been under construction for weeks now.
Great place for a business dinner, rehearsal dinner, special dinner. Bar is nice, but small.
