I have yet to have this issue resolved.
This hotel ruined my Christmas vacation. I accidentally booked the hotel through Expedia and canceled it through Expedia, however, the hotel still charged me. I called the hotel and expedia multiple days in a row to correct the issue. Each person at the hotel told me different information, usually regarding how the fees were removed and Expedia would refund me. However, the hotel had charged me, not Expedia. Expedia eventually got a hold of the general manager who told them that I was a no call no show and would be charged as such. They had no record of each communication or instance of me trying to cancel. I explained that through their cancellation policy, if the date of arrival was my first date of attempt of cancellation (which is actually was not) then I should be charged for one night and all other nights canceled.
Terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars. The hotel stay itself was mediocre but that isn't the issue. I checked out December 9th, it's now December 30th and I've been being charged as if I never left ever since. I've called the place 3 times and they tell me every time that a manger is going to get back to me. That never happened. I finally got the manager himself when I called and he said he hadn't been briefed at all on my situation. Currently they owe me $860.08 and counting. I'll be asking for a lot more than that when I sue them if this isn't resolved by tomorrow.
Update: the hotel has agreed to refund my charges within 7 days. I will update review if received.

Wait time at reception while you checkin is too much if you ate in a rush. Hospitality of the receptionist is fine. The bed in the room is not so nice. The double bed is only good for a single person. Bathroom is ok. But for the rate they asked for one night is too much for the facilities provided.
It is a good place to stop to rest for a day or 2. No amenities like breakfast ,pool, sauna, the do have vending machines. Clean rooms.
