After a mix up with our original hotel on Labor day weekend we ended up here by accident. So glad we did! It was very accommodating. We got a great room right by the quaint courtyard. Free breakfast is very good along with gratis wine and cheese at 5! Room is clean and cozy . It is an Inn so it's not huge but it's all you need.its also good location . Close to market area.
My husband and I stayed at Indigo Inn earlier this month and it was spectacular! Ignatius was kind and accommodating from the beginning of our stay and continued to be accommodating even after we checked out! The location was superb - mere minutes from many spectacular restaurants and shopping! The room was lovely - the beds were comfy, the space was wonderful, and the AC worked really well (a huge plus!). When we return to Charleston, we are definitely staying here!
We loved our stay here! The location is awesome! We were within walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do. The staff is super friendly, and very helpful. The rooms were nice, and the courtyard is stunning! We also enjoyed the breakfast, and cheese hour! Would highly recommend!
Wonderful hotel. This was our first time staying at a non-major chain hotel, and it was well worth the risk. The character of the inn is wonderful, and all of the staff were helpful and polite. Location is convenient to many attractions. The mid-afternoon wine and cheese was a great way to unwind after sightseeing and before dinner.
We loved the stay (oct. 9 -14). The only reason we didn't rate it 5 stars was the fact that our window to our room was directly above the table outside that everyone put their empty dishes, glasses and silverware once they were dine with breakfast in the courtyard. Very loud clanging woke us up early every morning. The next time we visit we will ask for another room away from the office.
