Do NOT bring your loved ones to live here! Donna Bailey runs the complex as if she was Hitler! Your Elderly will be treated horribly. All the renters are scared of her and want her fired. After meeting with this insane woman and talking to the renters, I knew I did NOT want my mom living here!
I cannot believe all the vitriol and hatred that is being directed toward Donna Bailey who has been the Manager at the Sherman House for the past 19 years.
I brought my mother from South Africa and she stayed there for 3 years which she said was the happiest time she has experienced. Donna has gone over and beyond what her " duties" were. My whole family, children and grandchildren sponsored over the past 8 years the Celebration of Chanukah in an evening filled with joy, happiness and wonderful food which Donna arranged.
I have known Donna Bailey for 20 years and have helped her with events at the Sherman House. I have known her to always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that every resident has everything they need. I am confident that my parents would be very happy to live at any facility that she managed.
Donna's critics should be ashamed of themselves.
