After waiting over the weekend for a response from my provider for an antibiotic prescription, which did not come, I tried to call the office 3 x on Monday. The phone was not answered, after 20 rings each time, so i went to a walk in clinic. Your claim that I can email my provider and get a timely response is laughable. Forget about email communication, You cannot even answer the phone.
