If I could give no stars I would. They're nice but literally know nothing. All they literally want to do is try to get you to buy something and they are incapable of doing a good sales pitch. Other t mobile stores may be a bit farther but it's worth the travel. This store is just disappointing.
not to mention its the only phone store downtown I cant complain that I can pay my bill and walk back to work in 10 mins

this store not only has some of the kindest and well rounded people but it also is right on my way to work
New place, but the staff were friendly and capable. Even saved me a few bucks
unfortunately, the staff members did not seem very knowledgeable. friendly, yes, but a definite lack of skills.
