We had a terrible experience with this store. Our delivery was three days late on a one week rental. And the store refused to compensate me. Still charging me the full week amount. Manager was extremely rude. And very unhelpful. I strongly recommend not using this store.
Horrible customer service. The Caucasian girl was very loud and obnoxious, kept interrupting the lady helping us. Was face timing, just beyond rude.
