rude and think they are the only game in town.. don't think so!
I did not receive any help until I was walking out until the owner caught me at the door. She was very rude and the way she treated her employees in front of me made me want to leave even more. I love the specialized brand but will drive to myrtle beach to the next dealer to make my next purchase. There are other bike shops around and I highly recommend to go somewhere else.
William and the rest of the staff here are incredible. They understand that riding a bike around town can be dangerous so they always go the exta mile to make sure i am safe. I know i can trust them for all my bike repairs and gear purchases.
