Would not let me and my long time customer in for a drink. Believing only after seeing our IDs that we were too enebriated to enter the bar. We go to this bat every weekend it's very disappointing to see our commitment put to waist, I will never return, neither unless you want to be borex
One of my go to bars downtown. I'm a fan of dive bars, cheap drinks, and good people. Upper deck covers all those bases. Bartenders are funny and friendly. Drinks are cheap and tasty. Good crowd in there with a good mix of people but mainly a younger (21-30) crowd. They keep some board games and stuff to mess around with while drinking. Karaoke is always a good time on Saturday and Sunday nights. Little cramped when it's busy. You'd miss this place if you didn't know it existed or unless someone pointed it out. Truly a hole in the wall gem. Like most dive bars the bathroom could use some work. They're not spotless (at least the men's) and they only have 2 urinals for us. But hey that's the least of my concerns, plenty of places to go on King Street if you have an emergency.
Super divey bar hiding in plain sight on King St. There are no signs to get there, so you need to know where to find the entrance. Great prices on alcohol, no food but there is a pizza joint downstairs that stays open late!
