Fish and chips were good, but only available as a special. Sizeable pieces of cod, battered and fried in what I usually refer to as the "tube fish" style of fish'n'chips. Fries were tasty, but saltier than I like. Got a flight, 4x 5oz pours for $12, on a fixed flight list. Quite pricey for 20oz of beer you don't get to choose, but I'm not from this area so maybe this fits with typical Charleston pricing.
The atmosphere is relaxing for lunch. The service is fast. The staff are friendly and offer good suggestions.
I didn't get the food, so I'm just reviewing the atmosphere and beer and it was so cozy and tasty! Definitely will be back! Great for intimate groups and dates! Had a beer flight and it was a great way to graze the offerings!
I go here for lunch occasionally rather than for the bar scene.
The pork slap and spicy chicken sandwich are both good. Honestly the pork slap is amazing. I have never had anything quite like it.
No room for improvement. I give them a perfect score for lunch.
Food was awesome. We ate the veggie burger and the pork sandwich. It is hard to find anything to satisfy the meat eater and veggie head in Charleston but this place does it! Great beer selection and great service.
My friends and I came down from Asheville for New Years and and stumbled on this place. They have a ton of local craft beer and no one had any complaints about the food. In fact, the spicy chicken sandwich was the best thing I ate in 2017! The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic. Definitely a must visit in Charleston! Make sure get the spicy chicken sandwich! It will change your life!
