If it wasn’t for the previous two days it would have been a 1 ⭐️.
11/27- I wanted to update my review: the owner of the establishment left a great comment saying they would get back to me after they spoke to the staff about what happened when my group visited. It has now been 2 weeks and no follow up. Just another confirmation that this restaurant/bar has no idea what the meaning of customer service is.
Do not go here if you want any customer service I will not recommend this place to anyone thus was the worst service ever period!
The only reason why this place is getting two stars is because one bartender was awesome and made some amazing drinks.
Here is why I gave 3 stars. Walked in at 730 pm on Sunday with the same group of 8 and was disrespected at the bar by two different bartenders. The bar was not crowded by any means and my group didn’t feel welcomed. We walked out before the first drink was even served. One of the bar tenders even recognized us from Friday. We spent a lot of money over the last two days at this bar to be treated that way and it was completely unwanted.
New Years day brunch was tasty. 6 of us we tv and we all had something different. Shrimp and Grits is a must. Corned beef hash was excellent. The only negative was the slow service. Took too long to get hot coffee on the Fri by eff DVD and the check on the back end. Maybe New Years hangovers.
I went with a group of girls there were 12 of us when we arrived we were greeted and told food was no longer being served. Which was fine since we just wanted drinks, we were told to sit in an area of the bar and were told to wait for a server to come help us. after waiting close to 30 minutes we were finally told to go to the bar for drinks. While we were waiting we over heard the server refusing to serve us and talking badly about our group.
We had a great night here with friends. The bartenders were amazing and so fast with drink orders. They had great music playing and a small dance floor. We ordered some appetizers, but they were only decent. Definitely a great place for drinks and a great patio in the back.
Drinks are great though somewhat pricey. Awesome atmosphere, with 3 separate dining areas. Live music is always great and swing dancing plus classes is perfect for a night out. Love this place. Have not actually had any food but the meat and cheese board is a go to.
Visiting from Florida 12/8/17. Went to this bar 3 days in a row and I didn’t even bother staying for a drink the 3 rd time. First arrived on a Friday with a group of 6 and spent a good portion of the day at the bar. Great service provided by Matt and Arianna. Saturday same thing, great service and now we have a party of 8. Drinks were made with no problems and Arianna was helpful throughout our visit.
