Excited to try their menu on a Wednesday night when not packed. Walked on and sign said seat yourself. All available tables had dirty plates from previous customers so we sat at a messy table. Waiter didn't greet us, so I told a wait waiter we were new customers and asked if someone could clear the dirty table. He nodded but no one cleared it or even further acknowledged us for 15 min. Finally got up and left. Don't waste your time here!
Sad to say that my experience at Co. today was less than adequate. My friend's meal took 30 minutes to come out when normally dumplings only take 15 minutes (prior experiences in the restaurant), my own meal took an hour and it was also dumplings, and to top it off, after we asked for the bill it took 15 minutes for that to arrive. I was really let down by my experience, especially seeing as the restaurant only had a couple tables upstairs and around the time I asked for the bill only two other tables had customers occupying them. Really sad to have to write this, but I had an hour and half drive to make and was on a schedule, so I was very let down by my experience.
It's so very strange, I used to love this restaurant but over the past few years I've noticed a decline in the quality of the food and the service. I was extraordinarily hungry today and wanted a lot of food, therefore Co is usually the place to go to. However, even though I was one of two or three customers (one of which had already been served and was eating) it still took ten minutes for my order to be placed, and as the server talked with a couple that walked in about how to properly hold chopsticks I saw my food in the order window for another hard 10 minutes. By the time it got to me it was lukewarm and some of the noodles in the Pad Thai were either stale or were not cooked. I wasn't able to finish the meal because it was so bad, which is strange since the quality is usually pretty consistently par or above par. I think I'll go back sometime in the coming month for the hell of it to try it one last time before saying "screw it" for good and getting food from one of the many superior restaurants that neighbor Co.
Amazing. Both of us loved our dishes. The flavors were bold and beautiful. Make sure you try the two hot sauces. They are both fairly mild. I loved the Singapore sauce. Our server Chris was very professional and food came out quickly. He could easily serve in high dollar establishments. Decor was modern with interesting textures. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend you stop in.
