Customer service is great, they really do walk you to the item you are loking for when asked. Selection is good and responsive to local tastes. Staffing levels are usually above the levels seen at other grocery stores. Prices are at least competitive
Wanted to share how consistently great my experience at Publix has been, and continues to be because of a nice young man named Edmond. He always has a huge smile on his face and goes out of his way to make everyone feel genuinely welcome in the store. I just thought I would write how much I appreciate the kindness. All the employees there are so friendly and professional. Thank you to Edmond and the rest of the staff for making my shopping experience such a breeze. We need more people like you out in the world!
