We only went in for a mani / pedi but I felt I could've gone to the same style of spa to get the same experience for a much more affordable price. They were more worried about hurrying up with our scheduled appointments so they could move on to their next client (quantity over quality).
My friend and I booked a spa manicure with gel and the champagne of the sea pedicure for each of us. It was for our birthday weekend and we were visiting in town so we thought we would splurge and go somewhere really nice. The manicure was fine but nothing special. The pedicure felt a little short and somewhat basic. The chairs were also not very comfortable. For the $85 price point of the pedicure alone, I was definitely expecting more. However, the staff was nice and friendly. Overall we were very underwhelmed with the overall services and experience.
I also at one point asked if the pedicure I was receiving was the Champagne by the Sea ($85!!) because I felt like I was getting a standard pedicure. Biggest thing though is they filled the tub with water for our pedicure and then told us they were doing our manicures first. So then the water in the tub was just sitting there stagnant; not a huge deal but for me I found it a little gross as the water was luke warm. I would've much rather gotten the pedicure first. Just very underwhelmed overall and probably won't return.
There was a scheduling snafu, but the staff worked hard to accommodate my friend and me. The staff was super friendly and I left much more relaxed than when I came in.
My husband and I went to this spa for our anniversary yesterday to get a couple's massage. I ended up with Luke and I had to continue asking him to apply more presure. With their prices I don't believe you should have to continue to ask for a deeper massage.
Just came for a massage but they made it feel like a whole spa day. I left feeling like a new man, and that I got my moneys worth.
