I will gladly take the time to rate this place, it's something I never do but the service was just that horrible. I don't expect them to be the friendliest workers but they were just mean and rude! I will carry my stuff by hand next time before I go here again.
Called at 10am to rent an appliance dolly. UHaul took my credit card info and emailed me a confirmed reservation. When I showed up 45 minutes later I was told there were none and I shouldn't have been able to rent one. They gave me a bunch of excuses as to why the dolly was unavailable yet none were my problem. I wasted 45 minutes driving over after calling ahead and was lied to and no one cared. Completely unprofessional location.
The staff here was amazing! TJ and Tyra were on the ball, nice and even able to cut up a little while maintaining a friendly, service oriented atmosphere! I highly recommend this site!
Worst customer service.. All she kept asking was "if I had a card ready to seure the reservation" before I ever got a ballpark price for the mileage.. I gave up and rented elsewhere..
