I've been to this DMV 3 times for various reasons within the past 3 years. Today was my most recent experience. It is always run efficiently, and they seem to always be able to take care of your needs. It seems hard to come by for a DMV.
Staff has always been professional and quick. Although they don't do a good job informing people of their holiday hours.
It was ridiculous. My brother-in-law is from Brazil and is studying at College of Charleston. He is allow to have a student driving license. He went 9 times there and it time his paper were not right. We bring what they ask, then they ask something else. I haven't seen anything like that before.I would give nothing if It was possible.
