This is the first emergency room to get my diagnosis right after weeks of going to other doctors. I had a great doctor who took all of my concerns seriously.
Dr. Heidi Sapp and the hospital staff were very professional, and we're very attentive to the job they were doing.
So we would very much recommend this hospital for your care!
My wife received an operation there on December 20th.
This hospital does not even deserve a 1 star rating. We came to the ER this morning at 10:20am because my girlfriend had been vomiting all morning long. After being checked in and having her vitals taken, it took 2 1/2 hours for her to see a doctor and then another 1/2 hour for the nurse to return and give her some medication for her nausea. While the entire time I was asking for help from anyone I could find, with only the response of "Sorry, that's not my job" or "Everyone else has been waiting that long too." It should not have taken that long for someone to see my girlfriend and to give her medication so she could have some relief. It is unbelievable the lack of effort and care that we have received today. If the ER is that busy to the point that someone with a real emergency has to wait 3 hours to get treated, you really need to hire more nurses and doctors. I know for sure that I will NEVER come back to this hospital again. I would rather go to a hospital that actually cares about their patients.
Best place to have a baby!! They honestly treated me like royalty. Dr. Hargrove is heavenly and hilarious.
During the two nights that she was there recovering, the nursing staff, Jackie, Jessica, and Christina were very caring and did a stellar job taking care of her.
Especially Suzan Whiting, she was like an angel according to my wife, she says the hospital is very lucky to have her, because she was so caring and compassionate to the patients under her care.
I was admitted to the ER because I couldn't keep anything in from "both ends". Then, I developed a fever of 103. While the first room I was in took a while, the nurses made sure I was kept warm and comfortable. When asked if I wanted morphine for the pain, I requested to not have any because I suffer from horrible anxiety. The nurse was completely understanding and even broke down each medication she gave me after that, as well as telling me to let her know if I feel even the slightest bit of anxiety so she can check back. When I was admitted to my room for the next couple of nights, everyone was incredibly kind-down to the people who came to clean the room and give me food. I have never experienced such a caring staff. The physician I saw was polite, but very quick to get in and out. However, I understand that it's a hospital and he has a lot of patients to see. I was nervous when he said I could go home that day, because I still felt awful but he was correct. The nurses told me to take my time and helped me get dressed and another nice man wheeled me to my ride and helped me get in. Thank you all for everything that you do!
