I go there when I my hair girl working and she great
My first visit there was great, went back 2 weeks later for touch up to cover new growth grays with the same stylist. I asked if they remember doing my hair a few weeks earlier they said yes. This time I had so much hair breakage it was not funny, comb full every time I did my hair. Wasn't loosing it from roots either. From about the point of end of new growth out. Never again, no offer of a refund .... nothing not even I am sorry
I will NEVER use this service again. I went into the salon to get a layers in my hair. I stated up front that I did not want any length taken from my hair because I had just got it cut. The lady helping me was named Patrice. She wet my hair and began to ask a lot of confusing questions about what I wanted (which is fine I don't normally get my hair cut so I was a little confused). She then starts cutting two inches off my hair in the front. I say that I am confused because I didn't want any length taken off my hair. She then begins to get very upset at me and says that I don't know how layers work and that you have to get length taken off to get layers. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable with how she was speaking to me that I wanted to go to a different salon. She says fine and states that I have to pay even though she only put one cut in my hair. I stated that I don't feel comfortable with this and would like to speak with a manger. She states that there is no manager there and that I have to pay. She is yelling at me now and calling for security. I stated that I only want to speak with a manager because she is yelling at me forcing me to pay. She then starts dialing 911 because I am "stealing from her and refusing to pay." she still is refusing to get a manager. I am forced to pay because she is on the phone with the police. Finally the Walmart managers come and she is yelling at me, she wont let me speak to the managers. Finally the Walmart manager gets involved and I give them my information and leave. This was a very traumatic event and I have never been in a customer service experience like it. I will never go there again and I will never recommended this company again. I have been trying to get in contact with the corporate office for a refund, but no one will contact me.
Ive been there multiple times for my hair cuts always was pleased.... But went there today and I will never go back got my hair in layers and it just looks like they butchered it
I always had a great experience here maybe I'm just luckily with everything bad I've heard about them. (Knocks on wood) had one person get a little rough on my scalp but I'm also tender headed so I didn't say anything. I always have fun talk to the stylists. And I always leave with a smile.
