I had the best experience working with you all. When you order flowers over the phone, there's a hesitation about whether the outcome is going to be what you imagine. My friend absolutely LOVED the flowers she received. They put so much care into making sure to take care of all the details. So much so that when she wasn't home for the initial delivery they called to say it was too hot to leave the flowers on the doorstep and would try again the next day. That made me feel better knowing they believe in having a good reputation and take pride in their business.
I am reviewing based on the customer service. We did not see the flowers but I'm sure they were beautiful. We placed an order to be sent to one of our clients. Turned out that we had an old address. We were contacted- gave her business address but the business was closed so they held the flowers after the holiday. I know it was extra work and they handled it professionally and remained friendly so I really appreciate that and will use them anytime we need a florist in the Charleston area.
