Delivery a day late and required multiple phone calls to get them actually delivered. Poor service for price. Won't use them again and wouldn't recommend them
This is not my first awful experience with them. I actively tell people not to use them, but Unfortunately many of my family members aren't familiar with Charleston and when they use 1800 flowers and the like it routes them to this "business." I'm happier this time they are just getting a refund instead of a laughing stock of a bouquet... Trust me, in the past they have delivered things the next day and it just isn't worth it.
TERRIBLE! Just terrible. Do not order from them. Apparently their computers are down they never got my order. They hung up on me when I tried to talk to them. And they don’t deliver?
Absolutely the worst florist in Charleston. My mother sent me flowers today, I've been home all day and they just called (at 3) to tell me they attempted delivery and wouldn't be able to do it today now. Wait, what? If you attempted delivery and had my number, try calling before they go back across town. I have dogs so there's no way I wouldn't have heard a doorbell if they actually did come to the house today.
Basically: if you want a timely delivery and what you actually order go to tigerlily or just google Charleston florist and pick one with greater than a 2/5 review :)
Absolutely poor customer service! I ordered what I thought was going to be a gorgeous bouquet for my mother for Valentines Day. I ordered and paid for the premium and received the basic arrangement. When I called to ask the store about it, they blew me off by saying they followed the recipe for it and there was nothing else they could do. They offered me a whole 5 dollar refund for the three missing flowers in the bouquet and said that was it. They said the missing flowers were not even worth that much. I will never order from them again. It's like they don't even care that they take people's money and deliver crappy products!
They delivered on time but I had to find that out by myself since all they can tell me was what time it left their store and not what time it arrived at the funeral home. You guys ever heard of texting?
